With a nod to the traditional kurta style, the Balloon Sleeve Dress has one side slit and can be worn layered over pants or on its own as a dress that falls just below the knee. This dress is cut for a loose fit and simply slips on. It comes with a matching lining slip due to the sheer nature of the cotton.
