Akaaro, meaning the alphabet a in Sanskrit, focuses on textile as the starting point of the design process. Being a conceptual brand, born from balance, rooted yet ever-changing, Akaaro fits into every wardrobe to explore and express the inner depths, personal story and life’s journey of its wearer. Founded by Gaurav Jai Gupta in the year 2010, Akaaro innovates by designing and developing original fabrics from yarn stage in-house at the studio-workshop in New Delhi and engineered garments that are one-of-a-kind timeless classics. A celebration of simplicity that comes from the richness of life is Akaaro.

With an effort to maximize the use of hand embroidered and sustainable natural fabrics, the brand believes in slow fashion and in strengthening the unsurpassed skills of the craftsmen of the Indian handloom sector. Our design ethos is founded on the principles of slowness, durability, and longevity. Minimalism, purity, and rawness of nature, lay key emphasis in every garment we create. BRIH is an ode to creating affordable, eco-friendly fashion for all.

A luxury pret brand “LINEN BLOOM” is run by a collective team of 3 people – Pooja Syal, Vinayak Suri and Vicky Suri .Fashion came naturally to us and in order to contribute to systematic change in the industry, we came up with the sustainable strategies and decided to go all natural with 100% LINEN.
We aspire to break the stereotype that sustainable and eco-friendly clothing is not stylish, and our motto is “LESS IS MORE”.

Sole Stories hopes to be an extension of a conscious lifestyle choice, that moves towards seeing fashion as an expression of self; as part of a greater whole rather than a trend driven indifferent exercise. It represents thoughtfully designed accessory pieces that are ethically made using sustainable vegan alternatives like Pineapple leaf fiber, upcycled rubber tyres, recycled plastic amongst others.
